We want you to be delighted with your new glasses, and we also want them to last. All our frames come with free servicing for two years following purchase, and that includes minor repairs at no extra cost*.

That means replacing bridge pads and tightening screws if they come loose, and generally tweaking the frames so that they stay firmly on your nose and ears. We’ll even give your lenses a good clean for you. Simply call in to see us in Backfold off Castle Street in Hay-on-Wye and ask us to check your glasses for you.

*Our offer of free servicing and minor repairs does not include replacing damaged, cracked or scratched lenses, or fixing frames or sides that have been bent, broken or snapped, as this constitutes physical damage which would require replacement rather than servicing.
