
Obviously all our frames and lenses come with the regular manufacturer’s warranties. These protect your rights as a consumer against such things as faults and failings in the way they’re made, and how long they last through normal use. However, we want to go further than that.

They must feel totally comfortable in how they look, and how they feel. If you, as a customer, find that the fit of your glasses doesn’t seem right, or you experience any discomfort, let us know, and we’ll make it right.
We offer a 90 day Comfort Guarantee that means you can pop back and see us, and have your glasses refitted by our expert staff or, if that doesn’t do the trick, choose an alternative frame and/or lenses that suit you better. All at no charge.
